Apple iPhone/iPad Return/Exchange Policy
NON-RETURNABLE: Per our agreement with the manufacturer this product cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
EARLY TERMINATION: There will be a fee for ending this agreement early. Call us at the number on this receipt first – we may have a better solution.
- If you terminate your service, you own the equipment and will be responsible for a $600.00 equipment charge. This is in addition to what was paid when you purchased this equipment. If this charge remains unpaid, your account will be turned over to CBM Collections.
- This is in the addition to the VZW early termination fee.
DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT: In the event your Apple Product fails/defects after sale please contact AppleCare Support at (800) 275-2273. We are not authorized to facilitate replacement or repair.
Serialized Feature Phone (Other Than iPhone) Return/Exchange Policy
You have 14 days to return or exchange your device. In order to be eligible for exchange your device must meet the following conditions:
- Less than 30 minutes of use
- Original box, with UPC and all components/included accessories
- Device must be in like new condition
A $35 device exchange fee will apply.

- If you terminate your service between 15 and 181 days, you will then own the equipment and be responsible for up to a $200 equipment charge. If this charge remains unpaid, your account will be turned over to CBM Collections.

Serialized Smart Phone (Other Than iPhone) Return/Exchange Policy
You have 14 days to return or exchange your device. In order to be eligible for exchange your device must meet the following conditions:
- Less than 30 minutes of use
- Original box, with UPC and all components/included accessories
- Device must be in like new condition
A $99 device exchange fee will apply.

Accessory Return Policy
We strive to offer, first quality, unused, new in the package products to our customers. As such, any product that has been purchased from us that is opened and/or used will not be eligible for return to Wireless Connection. Thank you in advance for understanding.
